Q: I have a question about your products, my order status, shipping, etc. How do I get in touch with you?

A: Please fill out our Contact form. It goes directly to our email; we read every single message and do our best to reply within 24 hours! During busy times of year, please allow 48 hours for a response. If your issue is pressing, feel free to indicate "urgent" in the subject field.

 

Q: I live in __________. Do you ship there? How much does it cost?

A: We ship everywhere! Shipping costs are calculated by destination on our checkout page.

 

Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?

A: We will always accept returns or exchanges on damaged or defective items. All other returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Reply to your order confirmation email and tell us what's up - we'll get back in touch as soon as we can!

 

Q: My order has shipped but the tracking has stalled, is giving wrong information, my package is late, etc. What do I do?

A: Items that have been shipped with tracking become the responsibility of USPS (domestic) or your country's mail service (international). If your tracking results provide confusing info, please contact your local post office or the customer support for your postal service first. They will have a much better idea of how to solve your issues than we will, as we can only see the same tracking info as you! If they are unable to provide further info, don't hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to sort it out.

 

Q: Do you charge taxes on your products?

A: We charge taxes to orders shipping within the state of California, as required by law. If you live overseas you may be asked to pay sales tax or duties by your country's customs officials when your order arrives.

 

Q: I live overseas; will I get charged extra fees when my order is delivered?

A: Maybe. Every country's policy on import taxes/customs/duties is different. Please be informed of your country's policies on importing goods from abroad so that you aren't caught off guard if/when you are required to pay a fee. Usually your mail service will have a section devoted to it on their website. We have no control over these fees - they're purely at the discretion of your country's customs office. In our experience, European countries tend to have strict enforcement of import taxes and fees, while Australia and New Zealand are more lax.

 

Q: Are your products available for wholesale?

A: Totally! If you have a shop and you're interested in carrying our products, please fill out the form on our Wholesale page. We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.
At this time, we are not accepting wholesale accounts with consignment terms.

 

Q: I'm an artist/illustrator - can we collaborate?

A: Ooh, maybe! We're always open to artist submissions, particularly for pin or patch collaborations. Email a sample of your work and a little about yourself to erin@yeahrightpress.com and let's talk!
